He is survived by: his wife Maureen Ann Gott; his children, Christine (Michael Brooks) of Pocomoke, MD and David of Tangier; his grandchildren, James, Alexia, Jacob and Erin; his brother Edward "Skip" Gott of Florida; and his cousins, Buddy, Eddie Gott and Chip Ross.
