It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Janet Lee Pruitt of Tangier, Virginia, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Lawson Pruitt and Virginia "Ginny Belle" Pruitt; her parents-in-law, Smith and Viola Pruitt; and her brother-in-law Jackie Burton "Burt" McCready.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Pruitt; her sister Barbara Gail "Barb" McCready; her nieces, Ginna Giles and Jackie Thomas; her great-nephews, Brandon Thomas, Zachary Creedle, Christian Creedle, Kevin Thomas and Tyler Giles; her sister-in-law Charlotte Parks; her cousin Mary Ellen Belote; and also, Wyatt, Liam, Layton and Nash Thomas. She is also survived by several cousins and friends.
