She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Colson Crockett and Mary Ellen Charnock Crockett; her husband Johnie Woodland Bowden; her son Johnie Woodland Bowden, Jr.; and her brother Freddie Crockett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Parks (Norman) and Melissa Parks; her grandchildren, Elana Thomas (Brett), Scott, Sydney and Matthew Parks; her great grandchild Natalie Thomas of Tangier; and her close friends, Andy and Sue Hurst. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
