He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Elwood Parks and Della Marie Dise Parks. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Smarr Parks; his children, Ernie Parks (Rose) of Tangier and Lisa Pusey of Salisbury, MD; his brothers, Larry Parks of Salisbury and Wayne Parks (Sarah) of Crisfield, MD; his grandchildren, Lewis Wheatley (Kristan) of Westover, MD, Olivia Pruitt (Brian) of Tangier, Trisha Wheatley (Brian Murphy) of Princess Anne, MD and Kayla Crockett (Nathan) of Tangier; and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Peyton, Brody, Madi, Weston, Rowen, Elliott, Kelsey and Kole. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
