He was predeceased by: his father Charles W. Parks, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Jacob Parks (Jasmine) of Hurricane and Noah Parks of Prescott, Arizona; his brothers, Chuck Parks of Tangier, William Parks of Tangier and Richie Parks of Tennessee; and his granddaughter Stella Parks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
