She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Edward Parks, Sr.; her parents, Grover Cleveland Smarr and Docia Franklin Smarr; and her siblings, Charles "Butch" Smarr and Patricia Ann "Patty" Parks.
She is survived by: her children, Ernie Parks, Jr. (Rose) of Tangier and Lisa Pusey of Salisbury, MD; her sister Cindy Wheatley (Freddie, Jr.) of Tangier; her brothers-in-law, Larry Parks (Millie) of Westover, MD and Wayne Parks (Sarah) of Crisfield, MD; her grandchildren, Lewis Wheatley (Kristan), Olivia Pruitt (Brian), Trisha Wheatley (Brian) and Kayla Crockett (Nathan); and her great grandchildren, Brandon, Peyton, Brody, Madi, Weston, Rowen, Elliott, Kelsey and Kole. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
