He is survived by: his mother Vanaline Price Ratliff; his pet Abby; his wife Bonita Ratliff; his stepchildren, Crystal Johnson, Barry Honaker, John Metcalf and Kenny Crabtree; and his siblings, Kathy Gregory (Earl), Ricky Ratliff (Sandy) and Randy Ratliff (Kim). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
