She was predeceased by: her parent William Hobert; her husband James Junior "June" Perkins; her grandson Travis Vencill; and her siblings, Harold Hess, Winston Hess, Bobby Hess, Jimmy Hess, Nora Mae Dye and Annie Hess.
She is survived by: her parent Tina Octavia Hess; her children, Darrell Perkins (Sylvia) of Miller Creek, Patty Vencill (Steve) of Claypool Hill, Terry Perkins (Debbie) of Swords Creek, Debbie Childress (Jeff) of Miller Creek and Sandy Ray (Tim) of Miller Creek; her grandchildren, William Perkins, Chris Perkins, Laura Richardson, Ben Vencill, Lindsey Vencill, Brandon Perkins, Claude Ray, Timmy Ray, Olivia Ray and Brent Ray; her siblings, Billy Hess, Shirley Hess, Ruby Dye, Sue Hess, Geraldine Hess and Shelby Lowe; and her close friends, Naomi Ray and Virginia Gillespie. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
