“I just learned today of Norma's death and it grieves me so much. She was a truly warm, kind, and generous person who was an important part of my childhood. As my older cousin, I looked up to her and wanted to copy her in many ways. When we visited her family, she would take me out with her and her friends and I felt very grown up. She was a special favorite of my mom's and Norma always treated mom and dad with special kindness and attention. I will miss knowing that she is in the world.”
