She was predeceased by: her parents, Jonah Dye and Fonnie Breedlove Dye; her husband Hurley Perkins; her son Darrell Perkins; and her siblings, Ralph Dye, Ruby Dye, James Dye, Janice Whited, Linda Dye and Robert Dye.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Cantrell (Terry); her grandchildren, Priscilla Perkins Monk (Travis), Tabitha Perkins Hess (Coty), Cassidy Shaver (Brian), Shanna Cook (Chad) and Sabrina Trout (Nick); her great grandchildren, Grayson Monk, Kyler Monk, Jacob Hess, Isaac Hess, Hurley Weston Cook, Icelynn Cook, Savannah Shaver, Grady Shaver, Aiden Shaver, Gianna Shaver, Evelyn Trout and Thea Trout; her siblings, Ruth Jeanette Stinson, Shirley Hubbard, Betty Robinette and Hurley Wayne Dye (Darlene); and her sister-in-law Shelby Ruth Richardson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
