With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Mullins of Swords Creek, Virginia, born in Elkhorn City, Kentucky, who passed away on December 21, 2020 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leonard Mullins to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Dock and Sophia Burchett Mullins; his former wife Linda Verna Church Mullins; and his siblings, Donald Mullins, Shirley Mullins and Starlette Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie Lee Lowe Mullins; his daughters, Shirley Gordon (Jeff) of Marion and Jodi Lynn Eaton (David) of Honaker; his stepdaughters, Trina Dye (Chris "Hank") of Cedar Bluff and Christy Goodman (Darrell) of Swords Creek; his siblings, Rodney Mullins, Daniel Mullins, Judy Osborne and Cassie O'Quinn; and his grandchildren, Sara Dye, Jonathan Eaton, Jacob Mitchell, Joshua Eaton, Lucas Goodman, Nicholas Goodman, Emma Ray, Jayden Eaton and Anna Mae Whited.
Due to COVID restrictions, mandated by the governor, a mask is required for those in attendance and everyone is asked to maintain social distance.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in the form of donations to Legacy Hospice, 1963 Second Street, Richlands, Virginia 24641.
