He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Glenn and Maxine Reese Tuggle; and his brothers, Danny Tuggle and Jerry Tuggle. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Elswick Tuggle; his daughters, Angela Church (Joe) of Jacksonville and Sheila Anthony (Ric) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Heather Marshburn (Jonathan), Brandon Church and Kyle Anthony; his brother-in-law Kermit Reedy; his friend Jack; and his significant other Sophie.
