He is survived by: his wife Shelia Whitt Dye; his children, Heather Kendrick (Junior) of Richlands, Amanda Dye, Johnathan Johnson (Makenize) of Honaker and Adam Johnson; his grandson Remington Johnson; and his siblings, Debbie Hess (Lee) of Swords Creek, Rita Fay Hess of Shorts Gap, Virginia, Douglas Dye (Jean) of Flordia and Jeff Dye (Tammy) of Swords Creek, Virginia. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and in-laws.
