Though Garmon may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Garmon leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonzey Owens and Lillie Boyd Owens Ratliff; his former wife Eula Gay Owens; and his wife Hollean Owens. He is also survived by his friends, neighbors.
