She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fred and Bertha Keen Dye; her husband Stuart Johnson; her close friend Reece Robinette; her stepchildren, Leslie Johnson, Benjamin Stuart Johnson and Wilma Davis; her grandchildren, Garland Jason Street and Patty Lynn Street; her stepgrandchildren, Larry Lester and Virginia Hope Wilson; and her sons-in-law, Lonnie Blackwell and Garland "Bo" Street.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Blackwell of Honaker, Sandra Street of Honaker and T. C. Johnson (Sarah) of Honaker; her stepdaughters, Ella Johnson of North Carolina and Pauline Lester of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Anthony Blackwell, Heather Rowe, Floyd Street, Angie Street of Melissa Honaker, B. J, Herman Street, Amanda Street, Lorena Harrison, Isaac Johnson, Levi Johnson and Kait Johnson; her great grandchildren, Angel, Benjamin, Noah, Tyler, Amber, Katie, Travis, Aleshia, Makayla, Jonathan, Jaylon, Scarlett, Isabella, Jaxon, David and Paisley; and her sister Darlene Dye of North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
