He was predeceased by: his parent Claira Balser Woods (Lotts). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Ann Balser (Ross); his children, Wilburt K. Balser, Timothy M. Balser, Cody Aaron Balser, Stephanie J. Campbell (Richard), Cammie D. Bosserman and Jessica C. Balser (Dalton Beverage); his brother Roger Woods; his half-brother Clarence Woods; and his sisters, Betty Harris and Judy Balser. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
