She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Earl Shifflett, Sr. and Delores Jean Shifflett (Roadcap); and her brother Kenneth "Kenny" Shifflett, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Carl Lee Sprouse; her children, William Richard "Pee Wee" Stuples, II (Nicole) of Staunton and Virginia "Ginny" Mason of Staunton; her siblings, Mike Shifflett (Diane) of Stuarts Draft, James Shifflett (Adrianne) of Craigsville, Bonnie Overbey (Gerald) of Staunton and Deborah Jordan of Staunton; her sister-in-law Hope Shifflett of Staunton; her grandchildren, Jasmine Mason, Jaida Mason and Julia Mason; her stepgrandchildren, Tyler Robertson, Bethany Hillworth and Emma Hillworth; and her great grandchild Charles Fitzgerald. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
