She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Lee Milstead, Sr. of Swoope; her parents, Edgar Earl and Mattie Lovina Michael (Knott); her former husband Hugh Melvin Chandler; her sons, Gary Melvin Chandler and Ronald Eugene Chandler; and her siblings, Edgar Earl "June" Michael, Jr. and Margaret Elizabeth Ailer (Michael).

She is survived by: her son Nolen "Butch" Chandler (Jean) of Staunton; her grandchildren, Tammy Chandler, Jerred Chandler, Tracy Chandler, Christie Smith (Jimmy) and Nolen "Butch" Chandler, Jr. (Nancy); her great grandchildren, Madison, Emma and Nolen Aiden Chandler; her stepgranddaughter Cathy "Bo" Parr; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lindsay Jarrell (Cameron), Jamie Isabell, Tyler "Brandi" Michael, Kody Parr, Brooklyn Smith, Layla Jarrell and Adalyn Michael; and her close friends, Tina Milstead, Lillian Richmond, Madalyn Harris, Augusta Health Foundation, Angela Surratt, Audrey Deese and Brianna Via.
