He is survived by: his parent Lillie Gilmer (Moore); and his siblings, Junior E. Gilmer of Waynesboro, George E. Gilmer (Shirley) of Waynesboro, Warren H. Gilmer (Barbara) of Waynesboro and Betty G. Piner of Waynesboro.
