He was predeceased by: his parents, Jason Teter and Virginia Puffenbarger. He is survived by: his spouse Loretta Sue Rexrode; his sons, Tim Teter and William "Chad" Teter (Dixie); his grandchildren, Emma of Swoope, Ethan of Swoope, Jason of Swoope and Lori Teter of Swoope; and his cousins, David Vann, Raymond Grogg and Patsy Moyers.
