He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Wagner and Catherine Wagner (Emoore); and his siblings, Melvin Wagner, George Wagner, Lucy Robertson, Ruth Conner and Argie Knott.
He is survived by: his wife Ida Sue Wagner (Harris) of Swoope; his children, Phillip Wagner (Jessica), Wayne Wagner and Kathy Christian (John); his brother Arthur Wagner; his grandchildren, Jonathan Christian, Phillip E. Wagner, Jr., J. B. Christian, Haley Wagner, Katie Christian, April Wagner, Madison Wagner, Wyatt Wagner, Riley Wagner and Brooke Wagner; and his brother-in-law Roy Conner.
