She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Samuel and Elizabeth Hannah Bailey (Hahn); her husband James William Shuey; and her brothers, William Eric "Billy" Bailey and Phillip Samuel "Sam" Bailey II.
She is survived by: her daughter Catherine McNeal (Jeremy) of Swoope; her grandchildren, James McNeal (Brenna Kent) of Fishersville, Hannah McNeal Turazzo (Joe) of Richmond and Taylor McNeal (Collin Lendermon) of Raleigh, N. C.; and her niece Cynthia Fitzgerald of Staunton.
