He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sandra; his parents, Charles P., Sr. and Alice M. Sevigny; his sons, Charles P. Sevigny, III, James Schutt and Eric Schutt; his daughter-in-law Autumn Layne Schutt; and his sisters, Jill McIver and Johanna Begley.

Born on July 1, 1941 in Quincy, MA to Charles P., Sr. and Alice M. Sevigny, he lived his life by his values: family, honesty, charity, hard work, and an unshakable devotion to God.
