She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank James Levers and Gail Estela Smith Levers; her siblings, Mabel Levers and Donald Levers; and her sister-in-law Mary Ann Levers.
She is survived by: her husband James "J. O."; her children, James "Jimmy" Frank Olenick (Michelle) and Janet Lynn Whitmer (John); her granddaughters, Samantha Francis Jamison, Kathrine Alicia Olenick, Marian Elizabeth Olenick, Rachel Gail Olenick, Bethany Ann Whitmer and Nicole Aubrey Whitmer; her brother Frank Levers; her nephew David Levers; and her niece Donna Menkel.
