He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Beverly Barksdale and Mary Barnes Barksdale; and his siblings, Ann Meeler and Charles Barksdale A. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Barksdale; his children, Linda Williams and Charles B. Barksdale II (Cindy Leslie Duffer); his grandchildren, Shawn Williams Jacob Williams (Ryan), Caleb Barksdale Joey and Abby Duffer; and his brothers, David Barksdale and Cary Barksdale. He is also survived by Seven Great Grandchildren.
