It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Garrett Adams Easley of Sutherlin, Virginia, born in Danville, Virginia, who passed away on July 10, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Easley and Bernice Adams Easley. He is survived by: his daughter Jayne Church (Craig); his grandchildren, James Church and Rebecca Hudson (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, Jonah and Mary Katherine Hudson; and his sister June Easley Daniel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
