Freddie Anderson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freddie Anderson (Sutherlin, Virginia), who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Anderson of Washington and Matlean Miller Anderson; his wife Alice Richardson Anderson; his daughters, Victoria Anderson and Eloise Farmer; and his siblings, Deloris Anderson Fuller, Mary Barksdale, Blanche Woltz, Carrie Clark and Linwood Anderson.

He is survived by: his children, Joan Womack of Sutherlin, VA and Harry Waller (Joyce) of Danville, VA; and his siblings, Lena Ferrell of Danville, VA, Queen Ester Street of Ft. Washington, MD and Jesse Logan of Danville, VA. He is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak, a viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 from 5-7 PM from the Chapel of Fisher and Watkins Funeral Home with a limited of 10 people at a time, masks are required.
