She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Lawrence Russell and Virginia Eva Deferice Russell; and her brothers, Alan and Jessie Russell. She is survived by: her children, David Blevins (Tracey), Kimberly Walker (Robert) and Sherri Dickens (late Dwayne); her sisters, Janet Russell (John) and Beth Russell; and her grandchildren, Brandon Doss, Cody Walker (Hannah), Jonathan Walker (Stephanie), Ashley Smith (Clem), Sasha Puckett (Aaron), Kambree Dickens, Chase Dickens, Mackenzie Blevins, Madelynn Blevins and Nathan Blevins. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at 523 Park Ave, Danville, VA 24541. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at the Danville Memorial Gardens (510 Church Ave, Danville, VA 24541).
