She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay Nickelsen Dean and Glen Dean; her siblings, Barb Mackey, Pat Barnett, Clyde, Bruce, Steve, Emil and Lee Dean; her stepson Samuel Duff Jr.; her grandson Trey Williams; and her former husband Jerry Nestle.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Ray Duff Sr.; her children, Beth Nestle of Danville, VA and Matthew Williams (Chieko) of Danville, VA; her stepdaughters, Charlotte Zuniga, Helen Nelson, Jeannie Cosner, Susan Gibbs, Peggy Hall and Bonnie Stevens; her siblings, Betty Davis, Bonnie Lenz and Daniel Dean; and her grandchildren, Jerri Wetzel (Donald), Isaiah Williams and Elijah Williams. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
