He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Mitchell Warren; his sons, Richard Warren (Roxanne) of Milton, NC and Anthony Warren of Sutherlin, VA; and his siblings, John Warren (Jean) of Sterling, VA, Howard Warren (Judy) of Eckrich, VA, Roberta Warren of Sutherlin, VA, Brenda Warren of Sutherlin, VA, Thomas Warren, Willie Warren, Steve Warren and Evelyn Warren. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
