He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Elwood Dorsey and Beatrice Pittman Bunn; his sisters, Yvonne Boseman and Angela Bunn Nelms; and his niece Amy Boseman Abrams.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Napier Dorsey; his children, Kelley Dorsey, Gary Dorsey, Gracey Mastromarino (Dustin), Zachary Eubank and Rachel Eubank; his grandchildren, Maicey Lamm and Noah Mastromarino; the mother of his children Tracey Blevins; his siblings, Diane Lovegrove (Preston) and Lawrence "Woody" Dorsey; and his stepbrother Teddie Stinnett.
