He is survived by: his mother Helen Small; his siblings, Derrick "Bryan" Small (Shirleen) of Flossmoor, Venable Small (Christella) of Waldorf, Craig Small (Natasha) of Colonial Heights and Valerie "Tina" Small of Sutherland; his nieces and nephews, Derrick, Jr., Donavan Small, Devin Small and Jada Small; and his friend Bonita Henderson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins.
