She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Sacks and Julia M. Sacks; and her siblings, Walter "Buddy" Sacks, Anna Sacks Goodrich and Elizabeth "Betty" Sacks Francis.
She is survived by: her spouse Robert T. Thornton, Sr.; her children, Robert T. Thornton, Jr. (Kayda), Bruce W. Thornton (Connie) and Marilyn "Lynn" Ann Thornton; her grandchildren, Angela Hand (Jon), Brandon Thornton (Amy), Kristen Lamm (Rob), Meagan Thornton and Stefanie Ferrado (Steve); and her great grandchildren, Hampton Hand, Banks Hand, Isabelle Thornton, Braylon Thornton, Jackson Lamm, Kaydance Lamm and Ryland Lamm.
