She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew E. Gay and Ida Evans Gay; her son Anthony Turner (Brenda); her grandchildren, Antwain Allen, Thomas Black, Lalita Turner and Latashia Black; and her close friend Jacqueline Braxton-Marrow.
