It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Owens (Susan, Virginia), who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Owens and Louise Owens. He is survived by: his wife Margaret P. Owens; his sister Sandra Hinman (Charles) of Shallotte, NC; his mother-in-law Noma Pugh; and his brothers-in-law, Willie Pugh of Mathews, VA and Johnny Pugh of Mathews, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
