He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy D. Flanagan Sr. and Alice Williams Flanagan; his wife Susan Brown Flanagan; his children, Roy D. Flanagan III (Jeannie) and Amy Flanagan Irving (Rick); his grandchildren, Colby, Bailey, Fletcher, Avonlea, Lucas, Allie and Emmie; and his grandfather David. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Charity United Methodist Church Building Fund.
