He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwynn Nelson Neff and Margaret Frances Langhirt; his grandparents, Victor and Ruth Day; and his brother Martin G. Neff.
He is survived by: his wife Susan A. Neff; his daughter Rebekah N. Boyer (Todd); his stepchildren, Elizabeth Evans and Frederic Andersen II; his brother Victor T. Neff; and his half-siblings, Valerie J. Streb and Benjamin F. Oliver. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, four nieces and nephews, and many loving friends.
