He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl L. Brown and Edna L. Brown; and his sisters, Ella Rose Kasey and Dorothy "Dottie" Victory. He is survived by: his son Randall "Randy" Lee Brown. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
