He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Diggs Hutson and Virginia Hudgins Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Hudgins; his children, Timothy Hudgins (Ann), Michael Hudgins (Lydia), Jeffrey Hudgins (Eddie Zawacki), Scott Hudgins (Lori), Daniel Hudgins, Terri Blankenship (Chuck) and Elizabeth Hudgins (Martin Ward); his grandchildren, Travis Hall, Audrey Newcomb (William), Cameron Hudgins, Scottie Hudgins (Leigh), Michi Hudgins (Megan), Joe Hudgins, Betty Hudgins, Xavier Ward and Oslo Ward; his great grandchildren, Abry Hudgins, Colby and Poppi Newcomb; and his half-brother Claiborne "Butch" Cobb.
