He was predeceased by: his parents, John Payne and Evelyn Payne. He is survived by: his wife Susan C. Payne of Bentonville; his son John F. Payne (Natalie) of Austria; his sister Carole Anne Langlais of Bentonville; his niece Jamie Konovich (Joe); his nephew Michael Litwin (Tina) of Bentonville; his cousin Karen Bishop (Mike) of Florida; his uncle MacArthur Payne; and his aunt Mary Miller.
