He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Felton Carlisle and Willie Louise Mann Carlisle; his son Vincent Keith Carlisle; and his brothers, Richard Carlisle and Harry Carlisle.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Virginia Robertson Carlisle; his daughter Lesley; and his brothers, Clifford Carlisle (Shelia) and Phillip Carlisle (Charlene Morris). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to West Georgia Hospice or The Alzheimer's Association in memory of Gerald Carlisle.
