He is survived by: his wife Susan Barker; his children, Jeremy Barker (Carolyn) of Ashburn and Laurie Hempfer (Steve); his grandchildren, Ryan and Justin Berube of Seaford, Virginia.; and his siblings, Harry Barker of Gloucester, Billy Geouge of Lanexa and Shirley Briggs of Burnsville.

Donations may be made in honor of Charlie to the American Cancer Society.
