With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Joyce Taylor (Surry, Virginia), who passed away on April 27, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Fletcher Joyce; and her significant other Curtis Lee Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Taylor (Patti) of Mount Airy and Tammy York (Jim) of Pilot Mountain; her brothers, Donald Joyce and Bernard Joyce; and her grandchildren, Jeb Taylor of Kernersville, Sarah Ann Sawyers (Blake) of Durham, Taylor York (Kelsie) of Raleigh, Johnson York (Jessica) of Pilot Mountain, Thomas York (Angela) of Wake Forest, Andrea Lange (Joel) of Arlington, VA and Amanda Miller of Raleigh. She is also survived by her nine great-grandchildren.
