He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nacola Bryant and Betsy Peele Bryant; his wife Oma Lee Bryant; and his siblings, John, Bill, Jim, Jack, Pastor Hugh Bryant, Ruth Fulp, Ethel Vestal, Mary Flippen, Sallie Key, Sue Jenkins and Opal Hutchens.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Bryant, Audrey Edwards and William Bryant; his grandsons, Paul Edwards and Zachary Bryant; and his sister Ruby Hatcher of Mount Airy.
