She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Thomas Harrell and Mamie Lee Slate Harrell; her siblings, Margaret Ann Harrell and Charlie Haywood Harrell; and her nephew Steven Harrell.
She is survived by: her nieces, Bonnie Neely, Patricia France and Teresa Collins; her nephew Mike Harrell; her great-niece Tabatha Cox (Jeff); and also, Jasmine, Will and Landon Cox.
