It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Lee Tickle Simpson (Surry, Virginia), who passed away on May 28, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charlie Albert; her husband Gurnie Ross Simpson; her daughter Bonnie Carol Simpson; and her siblings, Lottie Bennett, Lettie Mosley, Nina Fields, Rene Lucas, Lala Lambert, Carl Tickle, Elmer Tickle, Frank Tickle and Russell Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Larry, Libby Simpson, Gary Simpson (Carol Barnes), Jean Conrad and Joan Simpson (Ron Perry); her granddaughter Katy Mojica (Roy); and her great grandchildren, Carmen Mojica and Amelia Mojica. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
