She was predeceased by: her sisters, Peg Dalton (Robert) and Fran Tiettmeyer (Jerry); and her children, Sally Robbins Sharkey and Conrad Griffith Sharkey. She is survived by: her children, Griff, William Lawrence Sharkey, Jr. (Joann) of Surry, VA, Lucette Richards of Tracy City and Hilary Goodman (Carl) of Winchester, TN. She is also survived by three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to C. Griffith Sharkey Memorial Scholarship Fund at St. Luke's School of Theology, The University of the South, Sewanee, TN.
