She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Roy Gammons and Lillie Mae Taylor Gammons; her former husband Walter Edward Johnson; her husband Osler Gray Smith; her siblings, Bernie Gammons, Colon Forrest, Imogene Axsom and Cleo Gammons; and her stepmother Bertha Lee Gammons.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra, Ronnie Hall, Michael, Kim Johnson and Kevin Wayne Johnson; her grandchildren, Heather Hall Puckett, Kevin, Colton Hall, Alex Young and Connor Morrison; her great grandchildren, Kash Puckett, Lincoln Puckett and Athan Young; her sister Edith; her brother-in-law Lloyd Barbour; and her brothers, Jimmy (Sue Gammons), Gilmer (Lynn Gammons) and Leroy Gammons. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
