He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde H. Hiatt and Georgia "Nifty" Boyd Hiatt. He is survived by: his brother Mark; and his sister-in-law Pam Hiatt.

There will be no formal services, and memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
