Spratley of Surry, Johnnie Ray Spratley (Vivian Genise) of Surry and James E. Spratley of Louisville, KY; his sisters-in-law, Florence Lane of Ivor and Joyce Lane of Ivor; his grandchildren, Ashley Rae Spratley of Smithfield and Robin S. Spratley of Jeffersonville; and his great grandchild Jaiden M. Spratley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
